Città della Scienza – Naples Science Center

A hands on science museum in a restored steel works plant on the Bay of Naples. Citta della Scienza is the first museum of its kind in Italy. The 15,000 square meter science center features static, interactive and multimedia exhibits along with a Planetarium. An idea born in 1987, it was brought to life in 1996 and has been an important part of the Naples community ever since serving over 350,000 visitors a year.
