Carnival of Limatola

For Carnival 2013 the streets of the small town of Limatola
will come to life with colors, music and confetti,
launched by floats, prepared with great skill by carraioli.
Also this year there will be a group of local musicians,
traditional performances of majorettes,
and also food: a wagon will distribute bread with “mortadella”,
sardine and a lot of good wine for free.
The festivities begin on February 10th at 10 am
with the first parade of floats through the streets of Limatola,
the second parade will be in the afternoon at 2 pm;
from 3pm performances in Piazza San Biagio.
Performances also on Tuesday, February 12th and Sunday, February 17th.
The event concludes with the burning of the Carnival.
